Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Robotsup. We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, subject to the following conditions.

1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery for a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

Eligible Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products sold under “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” labels.
  • Personal use items (like earphones or grooming gadgets) once unsealed.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, we may offer a refund via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.
  • If the product is returned damaged or used, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

You may be required to ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach any supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. We will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or shipping instructions.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will be subject to the return policy. For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
